⚠Accuracy Disclaimer
While ChatGPT is a highly accurate Large Language Model, it does have certain limitations. Occasionally, the software will make mistakes and provide incorrect information to the user. Due to its inaccuracies, it's important to not rely too heavily on its output being completely accurate.
🚫Grammar Checking
ChatGPT has issues checking the accuracy of grammar in foreign languages, so it is important to remain on the alert for inaccuracies. If you encounter something you know to be grammatically incorrect, or you are unsure if a certain sentence is correct, then you should ask your teacher for clarification.
Also, just because a sentence is grammatically correct does not mean it is culturally or connotatively correct. Ask your teacher for guidance if something sounds or appears odd about something that ChatGPT outputs.
It is not recommended that you use ChatGPT for anything grammar-related in your target language, as it does not provide valid grammar feedback.
💬Arabic Dialects
ChatGPT does not handle the Arabic dialects very well. It is good at Modern Standard Arabic, but struggles when switching to Egyptian or Lebanese Arabic. At this point in time, it is best to use ChatGPT solely for MSA and not for conversational Arabic.
